Manofim Contemporary Art festival 2018

Manofim is Jerusalem's largest annual contemporary art event. It brings together art galleries, cultural centers, and dozens of artists and creators.

Each year, the festival adopts a completely new visual language - a tradition spanning 17 years. This branding project also celebrated Manofim’s 10th year.

As is common in most cultural institutions in Israel, the branding is trilingual, addressing Hebrew, English, and Arabic speakers.

World Food Market was a recurring street food festival, initially run independently and later in collaboration with Tel Aviv Municipality.

This was a passion project—no formal strategy, just pure love for the subject :)

The branded graphic element aimed to convey fun, energy and diversity, with a playful nod to the culinary world.

Midrasha is a long-established art school in Israel. The water tower at the heart of the branding also stands at the center of the campus—located on what was once an agricultural farm. The use of the water tower (an icon of old Israel) and the modernist design language were chosen to tell Midrasha's story as a landmark institution in Israeli art history.

The tension between the vintage branding and the students' bold contemporary work became the project's defining feature.
